So we created a consulting company built around a Sales Intelligence methodology that’s been tested across 180 different industries with thousands of salespeople over more than decade. Now, we’re working with $5M-$25M companies to help them optimise their sales team performance – even in the middle of a pandemic.

We’re looking for sales badasses who want to take their skill sets to the next level – and who want to paid in alignment with that.
We operate on a generous base, plus commission (paid out monthly). An average performer would expect to earn $78,000 – but we’re not looking for average. A true VIKING GOD of sales is able to make $180k+.
And that’s just to start with – as a fast-growing company, we’re looking for top performers to elevate to BDM, sales management, and consulting roles. There is a lot of room for growth in this organisation – we don’t cap our people, financially or in terms of their upward trajectory. We know that the success of our company is dependent on our people – so we create a culture of excellence where top performers are rewarded.
Most importantly, this role will give you the opportunity to hone your skills in a way no other sales job on Earth will.
We operate permanently on a Work From Home basis (even Pre-Covid) – but this doesn’t mean you’re left to flounder on your own. Our virtual systems and training are second to none.
But, yes – a job with this many opportunities comes with a price.
And that price is the requirement for daily growth. This is not a company where you can coast, or fly under the radar. EVERY day you’ll be on meetings and trainings designed to stretch and grow you. You’ll receive DAILY performance feedback and training.
Because sales isn’t just something we do in this company – it’s also our product, it’s what we sell. And therefore, YOU and your interaction with prospects becomes the proof of the efficacy of our product.
We can instil sales knowledge and help you become the best sales person you can be – but we can’t make you WANT it. That part is wholly up to you.
In this job, you’ll be calling the CEO’s of $5M+ companies and organisations. You need to be smart, confident, and willing to learn. Not just within the trainings provided – the ideal candidate is an auto-didact who thrives on self-education. You’re a reader. If you proudly haven’t picked up a book since high school, this isn’t for you.
Hunger is more important than experience – we can give you the skillset, and we can do it fast. But how fast you embrace and internalise it is up to you.
This is a phone-based role. If you’re one of those people who shares memes about how it’s rude to call someone without texting them first, this isn’t for you. We don’t send 50 emails before we talk to someone, we don’t send videos and hope people call us as a result.
You’ll be dialling, all day.
You’ll be talking to busy and highly successful executives – this is not a job for people who are intimidated by High D personalities.
If you’ve been calling over the last 6 months you would have realised: people have found the “block caller” button on their phone. Where once upon a time you could get away with letting people put you off and calling them back later, now you get ONE CHANCE.
If you don’t have the instinct to take that opportunity and utilise it – if you’re used to letting people dick you around and you’re okay with that – this isn’t the job for you.
We don’t expect you to prospect – our marketing department creates hot leads on a daily basis. We have so many inbound leads, even the CEO is making sales calls!!
