But it’s on the back end that the real magic happens! We collect over 30 metrics on each call, and these metrics tell us exactly what’s going wrong. We don’t just benchmark sales people against each other—we bench mark them on what we know is possible when they’re well-trained and using proven systems.
Our metrics allow us to see— day-by-day, minute-by-minute— where sales people are falling down in their calls. From these metrics we can tell everything—are they having issues with their introduction, are they buying early objections, are they railroading prospects into a yes, are they failing to use the script, and any other possible issue that might come up.
From this data, the software sends automatic training at the end of each day to each sales person, based on what their metrics have flagged as needing improvement.

Here’s how our process works when we come in to totally change how your sales system operates:
The Iron Cage journey starts with an audit of your current systems and processes. We take stock of everything, from your current scripts (if any), to how your sales people handle objections, where your leads are coming from, how your company sits in the marketplace, and more. We also conduct interviews with your sales people and management to get an understanding of what the current lay of the land looks like.
Based on our findings in our sales audit, and on where your company wants to get to, we design a comprehensive plan. This covers the first month, 3-6 months, and 6-12 months, with step-by-step breakdowns of how we’ll get there.
Now it’s time to get the software working! We create a bunch of new systems for you, including new scripts and objection handling processes. Then we load these into our sales software, and we get to work! We’ll train your team in how to use it, and manage them through the change.
Once we have the sales people using the software, we’ll start to get reams of metrics in from them every day! This is where the fun starts, as we conduct ongoing training with the team to pin point their sales weaknesses, as shown to us by the software. This is where we see sales start to improve!
